Free Consultation

We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to assess whether your dog is a suitable candidate for anesthesia-free teeth cleaning.
Consultations are available at our North Vancouver location at no charge, or in the comfort of your own home for a travel fee.
Travel Fee

North & West Vancouver: $25
The travel fee is non-refundable and applies even if your dog is not a suitable candidate for anesthesia-free teeth cleaning or if the cleaning cannot be performed.

Your Service Questions, Answered

Prior to your appointment, we will discuss whether you would like to allow enough time to proceed with the cleaning during the same visit, if your dog is a suitable candidate.
If your dog is not a suitable candidate for anesthesia-free teeth cleaning, we will recommend a veterinary dental examination and refer you to your veterinarian for further care.
At this time, we are only servicing North and West Vancouver. We plan to expand to additional areas in the future.
All prices shown above include GST.
If you would prefer an in-home visit, a travel fee will be added to the cleaning fee.
If it has been more than a year since your dog’s last teeth cleaning, the first-time fee of $250 will apply again, as a more detailed cleaning is typically required.
At this time, we accept cash or e-Transfer. E-transfers can be sent to TheGentleShepherdBC@gmail.com. Payment is due upon completion of your dog's appointment.
